As well as the popular app, the Headspace blog offers users guided meditations and mindfulness practices to help develop a regular meditation practice.

The Headspace blog keeps with the brand of the app. Articles are simple, down-to-earth, and still really informative and helpful.

The Chopra Center is a popular meditation and wellness center founded by Dr. Deepak Chopra. The center’s blog offers readers valuable insights into Ayurvedic medicine, yoga, and meditation practices.
