The Headspace meditation blog keeps with the brand of the app. Articles are simple, down-to-earth, and still really informative and helpful.
It’s not technically a blog, but a collection of articles, and though the articles are kept up to date, there isn’t regular new content. I’ve included Headspace in this list because the articles are a great foundation for learning about different meditation techniques.
The Chopra Center is a popular meditation and wellness center founded by Dr. Deepak Chopra. The center’s blog offers readers valuable insights into Ayurvedic medicine, yoga, and meditation practices.
I do find there is good content to be found on the site, but to me, it feels a little too ‘sales-y’ with most articles suggesting the solutions to your problems can always be found with one of their products/services/resorts.
Wildmind is a popular meditation blog that provides readers with a perfect mix of posts, including guided meditations, articles, and books, to help them deepen their meditation practice.

Another app site that has a blog, I found Declutter the Mind through their YouTube mindfulness meditation videos.
The Declutter The Mind blog is a website that’s all about helping people improve their mental well-being through mindfulness and meditation.
This meditation blog is an accompaniment to their guided meditation app. The app instructor, Corey Ferreira, gained his meditation experiences through Buddhist teachings after a school trip to temples and churches and has since become proficient in Buddhist meditation techniques.
